1. Who we are
theishe.online is provided by ISHE CO HOLDINGS LIMITED, trading as The Ishe Co ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16846136, whose registered office is at Office 9667, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom. 2. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you use this website, theishe.online. By using it you accept these terms. Each of our products has its own terms, published on that product's website, which apply to the product. Where a product's terms and these terms conflict about that product, the product's terms win. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
3. Using the site
You must not use the site to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- distribute malware, or attack, probe or overload our systems or anyone else's;
- misrepresent yourself as us, or as acting on our behalf.
We may block traffic to the site where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
4. Our content
The site's content and design, and the names and logos of The Ishe Co and its products, belong to us or our licensors. You may link to the site and quote it with attribution. Software we publish under an open source licence is governed by that licence.
5. Third-party services
The site links to services we do not control, such as our products' own websites hosted elsewhere, social media platforms and Companies House. We are not responsible for those services or their terms.
6. Availability and accuracy
We provide the site "as is" and "as available". We aim to keep it accurate, but to the extent the law allows we exclude all warranties, conditions and terms not expressly set out in these terms, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.
The site is provided free of charge. If you use it for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the site is limited to one hundred pounds (GBP 100).
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill, but not for loss that was not foreseeable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept it.
9. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. No one else has rights under these terms, including under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
